I was very impressed with how kind and polite staff was. I somehow managed to have encounters with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk, each employee handled every situation professionally and prompt with a smile.

We had no TV for two days. It was absolutely unbearable and they would have nothing to do with us because we did not make the reservations to the hotel.
